How to get to Zanzibar from Arusha?
There are two ways to go from Arusha to Zanzibar: the first is to take a direct flight to Zanzibar, and the second is to take a cab from Arusha to Dar es Salaam and then board a ferry to Zanzibar.
A direct flight from Arusha Airport or Kilimanjaro International Airport to Zanzibar Airport is the best method to go to Zanzibar from Arusha. Arriving at Zanzibar Airport takes 1 hour and 30 minutes.
