How Many Times Can Canadians Enter Tanzania With An eVisa?

The number of entries depends on the type of visa the Canadian citizen is applying for. At Tanzania Immigration Services, we offer the following four types of visas: 

• A single-entry tourist visa 
• A multiple-entry tourist visa 
• A single-entry business visa 
• A transit visa with single entry

Tanzania eVisa, or electronic visa, is entirely available online. You apply for the visa ahead of time and receive it by email.

By applying for a Tanzania visa online from Canada, you may travel with more confidence and avoid airport delays. To apply for a visa on arrival, you do not need to stand in line embassy or consulate.

If you choose the visa-on-arrival option, you must fill out all paperwork at the airport. You can be denied entry into the country until your application is granted.

As a result, we strongly advise you to obtain an eVisa for Tanzania rather than wait until you arrive at the airport.
